Customers beware!!! Public Self Storage’s handling of the Scoresby fire aftermath has been a disgrace! Poor communication, misleading messaging, unanswered calls and emails, and now they’re holding some customers’ remaining possessions to ransom, threatening disposal unless they pay up and sign away their rights. Absolutely disgusting behaviour!
Its a good cheap storage facility.
