Great storage solutions and cheap prices
Incompetent reception staff. booked night before, asked for refund next morning due to the frustration and unprofessionalism.
The lady we spoke to on the phone a week earlier to going into the Epping Store to complete the paperwork told us it was all booked with the free van. We even got confirmation via email. On the day we went to sign the paperwork, the lady kept saying “Storeman was down. We had no idea what she meant and then realised after she said it a few times she was talking about her system?? She then told us we couldn’t have the van as it was booked to somebody else! We were very disappointed and she said to us “do you want to cancel?” ... read more
