Very disappointing experience. Francesca provided inconsistent information and seemed unfamiliar with the company’s own pricing and policies. I was told things to encourage me to proceed, only for those statements to later be denied. The entire process was frustrating and unprofessional. Management should seriously review the level of customer service being provided and ensure staff are properly trained before dealing with customers.
Excellent clean facilities. Great prices. Lovely staff.
Safe and secure well priced storage. Easy after hours access.
