Terrible management and zero flexibility. The staff at this facility completely lack basic problem-solving skills and customer care. Because of their unreasonable administrative rigidity, they ruined a seamless transition with a new long-term tenant, costing me a significant amount of money and unnecessary stress. Instead of helping retain business, their poor handling forced a buyer away and trapped me into staying longer than planned while I reorganize everything.
