I stored my goods at this facility for some time. Unfortunately, the customer service I received from Francesca was poor and unprofessional, and her attitude made what should have been a straightforward experience unnecessarily difficult. In contrast, Hanan and the other male staff members were consistently polite, helpful, and professional. Defintely 5 stars to them!!
