The customer service is discusting they don't have any experience as how to speak to customers absolutely discusting I don't know how they run this place no manners at all.

The staff are a delight to deal with and are very thorough in making sure you know what you are doing. The facilities are immaculate, and the move in van is huge and can be arranged easily, making shifting into your space a breeze! Thank you PSS Braybrook for the outstanding service. Will be recommending to anyone looking for storage in the western suburbs of Melbourne!!!
