I am still owed $2500 in rent from a tenant that they sourced and let abuse their trust over many months by violating the lease agreement and paying partial payments before eventually not paying at all with no consequences. They’ll eventually stop answering your emails and texts all together and will never admit to their part in things or even apologize. A landlord’s nightmare and I regret ever utilizing them.
