I lived with Public Investment for seven years, still the best prices I'm aware of in town for a one bedroom unit. My moveout process went smoothly with them being very fair in assessing the return of my security deposit. Whenever I needed maintenance work done and placed a work order, maintenance showed up timely (usually the next day) and were always professional. Very friendly staff, clean and quiet places to live, and great prices for Bloomington. I couldn't ask for better.
Great bang for your buck compared to Bloomington price. Maintenence has always been super quick. And the management team have always been kind.
Using covid as an excuse to not have to actually do their job. These people are lazy, and unprofessional from the very start.
