Very unprofessional lady signing people in. She was so nasty to this girl that was there with her elderly parents. This is not how a place should be run. The poor girl was treated so bad by the black lady at the round table, she refused to give anyone her name to be reported to public housing.
Terrible experience from the lady who claimed to be the manager that is signing people in to turn in the paperwork, she is very unprofessional and needs a performance evaluation as an employee. Maybe retraining in how to act and talk to people seeking government services. This tyrant should not be around disabled seniors.
