Seems like there’s a theme here for people who have met with Connie Jordan. I was referred to her for medication management and had a brief consultation by telehealth. She refused to work with me because I didn’t take one of my prescriptions exactly as it was written by my former doctor. * Scheduling is fair to convenient * Parking difficult depending on day, and time * Scheduler, Jen Pringle is unprofessional, and rude * Connie is a fair provider, if she had a better receptionist, or a dedicated receptionist aside from Jen this office would be a better alternative to say Maine Med * Overall the office as a whole would be 3 stars if Jen was not there, Jen makes it a 0-1 star
I went here three years ago for counseling with Christina I felt like Christina was not a good therapist at all. I was seeing her because I was feeling so depressed. I have a son who has Autism and I just had twin babies at the time. I felt like Christina was not really helpful in my struggles I was going through at all. She was more looking at her little clock sitting on the window seal more than helping me with some ideas to help me. I never went back to her
The nurse jen was super unprofessional, I have a hard time remembering my meds so I asked can my mom talk you, she then proceeds to very rudely say “this relationship is strictly ME and you” and then proceeds to hang up on me, i just filed report to the state.
