After calling and speaking with mr. x (male voice) t Northampton Public Health Dept. about my sick family who have the dangerous version of flu, he offered no useful information other than for them ´to call their doctor´. Wow! Seriously?! - I did not need to call public health to know to call the doctor. Like, really???
