Great service! Several of their staff members took their sweet time answering very confusing questions. It is hard to come across caring people who genuinely want to help educate the public and give them the best advice possible!
Due to a clerical error on their part, they canceled our children's primary health insurance without consulting with us and on top of that we now have to pay $3,200 just to reinstate it.
