Brian D smite is my public defender and he seems like he is doing a good job. You got to remember they deal with a lot of cases hundreds of cases they do the best they can to service all of us
I was unaware that in 2004, public defenders were allowed to lie to defendants and commit perjury in court. They also have a habit to lying about the details of a person's case in order to further coerce them into a guilty plea. I hope things have changed since then.
