Office lady is extremely rude and unhelpful. Talks down to people with a snobby attitude like she's better than them. Don't know her name, but definitely sounds like it should be Karen.
Extremely unprofessional & unreliable. The office lady is EXTREMELY rude & needs to be fired honestly. She just hangs up on people when she doesn’t want to deal with them. Something needs to change!
This place is the most Unprofessional Public defender's office i've ever seen in my life. The front desk secretary is very rude to to everyone talking down to them.. Unprofessional To be a secretary... nobody should be spoke down to or talked to in such a way... she seems very unhappy with her job and her Position 😕 I would never recommend this office to anyone..
