Very helpful service but kind of hard to get a appointment if you need one for a upcoming court date. Call well in advance, seem very helpful..

It is recommended to fill out the intake online which I did and they emailed me back the same day; if you leave a voicemail there is no guarantee they will get back to you timely. However there was some confusion with the case numbers and they weren't going to make an appt but it's also for people who haven't yet filed a case so I found that to be quite unhelpful.
