I booked my haircut a week in advance, but when I arrived on time, I was told I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes. That’s completely unacceptable for a scheduled appointment. When I was finally seen, the service was disappointing. No one offered me water, and when I asked, I was told they don’t provide any. I’m very disappointed with the overall experience and will not be coming back.
I had a very disappointing experience at this barbershop. I explained clearly how I wanted my haircut, but David didn’t listen and gave me something completely different. On top of that, he was rude and unprofessional. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I do not recommend this place — there are plenty of other barbershops that treat their clients better.
