My wife and I had a good experience with Public Autosalers in Metairie. We got a pre-purchase inspection to ease our minds on an Odyssey. The inspection went well and we got a fair price on the vehicle. Through it all, Leo was a great communicator and made the process seamless.
Brent was very helpful with no pressure. Very happy with my experience.
They have decent cars but when you actually check the cars value with the miles on them they are $1,500 to $2,500 over the value of the vehicle that is just flat out greed
I had a mixed experience with this auto seller. The vehicle I purchased was reasonably priced, but quickly needed a significant amount of repair work. However, the representative reached out and offered to help find a cost-effective option for repairs.
Be careful buying from this auto seller. My vehicle seemed nice and was reasonably priced, but required $2600 in repairs after about two weeks of driving in town. Several additional repairs are probably coming up. The garage couldn't believe this new of a car was sold to me without warnings, with various problems, and with many error codes. Researching lemon laws and etc, I knew I had few legal options. I think the lot either didn't have knowledge of the vehicle or we're withholding information.
