I'm not sure what the negative reviews are talking about. I just bought a car on at the recent auction, and it was EXACTLY as DESCRIBED! The folks at the desk were a bit stiff but professional. The car was filthy, but what do you expect, and ran with NO major ISSUES. The site was easy to navigate, and the price was accurate with no additional fees. I would recommend this service for anyone who 1. Has a basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and 2. Is looking for a budget friendly way to get them back on the road.
