I hired PAM Ferndale after struggling with my insurance carrier to pay out my water claim properly so I could hire the company I wanted to complete the work. Sean R was amazing with his communication and attention to detail. In the end we received more than we had anticipated receiving due to his expert knowledge of the claims software process and understanding of my individual insurance carrier. I had a very good experience with PAM. They were at my property the same day I called to get advice on the damage. Once I decided to go with them, they went to work right away and made the process easy. I worked directly with Sean Rodriguez and his communication was great throughout the process. I highly recommend them for your next insurance claim.
