I was advised to retain Public Adjusters Midwest by a co-worker before contacting my insurance company for water damage incurred in our kitchen. Are situation was difficult, our claim started in July of 2024. We had a cold water line to the kitchen sink burst and we weren’t home so it was constantly flooding the house for at least 8-10 hours. We never had to make an insurance claim let alone for the house, and not knowing what to do we went along with what the insurance agent said after finally answering, we soaked up water and used a shop vac to get up all the standing water. Public Adjusters Midwest did an excellent job with my claim. Sean kept consistent communication with the Allstate adjuster and with me, which made the process clear and straightforward. He advocated on my behalf by addressing every detail and making sure the insurance company recognized the full extent of the loss. I want to express my gratitude for Sean Rodriguez and Public Adjusters Midwest, Ferndale. I called 3 other adjusting companies to look at the damage sustained in my basement from water intrusion and no one bothered to return my call , except Sean. He did a fantastic job of handling the insurance carrier and their adjuster regarding the claim. My wife and I were extremely pleased with Sean & Public Adjusters Midwest! I would highly recommend this company and this adjuster for any insurance claim matters.
