While PAM was not able to take on our case based on our small insurance claim, Sean R., gave us very insightful information to communicate with the insurance company to help win our argument. Been with them for going on 3 months it stopped returning phone calls and emails text messages and then get yelled at if I do get somebody then get wonder why I get so mad they don't return no messages nothing especially the guy named Austin Sharp

I cannot praise the PAM team enough! I’m on vacation, hot water tank flooded my condo, not know what to do 800 miles away! Our experience with PAM has been nothing but phenomenal. The great care they gave us from start to finish was amazing. They kept us updated throughout from start to finish. My only regret was not calling them sooner! Austin has been outstanding and brought us to the finish line expertly. We were able to receive much more than we ever anticipated.
