I want to express my gratitude for Sean Rodriguez and Public Adjusters Midwest, Ferndale. I called 3 other adjusting companies to look at the damage sustained in my basement from water intrusion and no one bothered to return my call , except Sean. He did a fantastic job of handling the insurance carrier and their adjuster regarding the claim. My wife and I were extremely pleased with Sean & Public Adjusters Midwest! I would highly recommend this company and this adjuster for any insurance claim matters.

We were working with Robert and Aaron at PAM. Robert and Aaron came to our house on 8/8 and let us know they decided to work with us, stated they would send us a contract within the next day or two. We never received anything. I spoke to Aaron once the following week who promised to get a contract sent over, I haven’t heard from them since. I’ve called multiple times. They completely blew us off.

Working with PAM was a great experience. They dealt with my insurance company who was being difficult. My agent, Sean Rodriguez, was knowledgeable about my issues and diligent in getting me the max payout. He was responsive and kept me informed during the whole process. All told Sean was able to get me 3 TIMES what the insurance company originally offered. I would recommend PAM to my family and friends.

I’m giving them 5 stars because I received seven times more than what my insurance company originally offered me all thanks to Sean’s hard work and dedication. He really went above and beyond for me. I’m truly grateful to PAM for having someone like him on their team!
