My experience leads me to believe these reviews are over inflated, and it is interesting to me how many of them lack *so* much detail. Positive reviews but few shared experiences. Anyway. I submitted an inquiry for their services as I navigate a home insurance claim that is looking like probably 25k in damage/work before its done. The company insurance adjuster tried to tell me it wont even meet my deductible (not possible) That is laughable. I truly hope PAM is at the top of everyone’s search after an emergency. They can step in from the beginning, handle the insurance process, and help put you at ease during an already overwhelming time. For us, Sean and PAM came in partway through the claim after the initial steps taken by the insurance company were unreasonable and only made an already difficult situation worse.
