I spoke with Robert over the course of a few weeks, and he provided me with valuable advice on how to handle my insurance claim regarding a plumbing issue. Initially our claim was denied but after his help I was able to get the full payout that I was owed. Very helpful and friendly staff, I'm glad they were there for us!

One day riding to the office I heard the owner on Mason in the morning . I made sure to write their information down. However, Praying to never need them but 1 month later . My brother did. The house next door caught fire causing damage to his home . Alex from PAM was excellent to work with and truly went above and beyond for us. He was always available to answer any questions and made sure we felt supported throughout the process. While there was a minor communication hiccup at the beginning, once that was resolved everything went very smoothly.
