I hired Mr Wicks to advocate on my behalf after water damage at my home. I was unfamiliar with how to deal with insurance and he was extremely helpful. Mr Wicks was always accessible and responsive when I had questions. He kept me updated and well informed of my options each step of the way. The outcome was in my favor.
