Worked with Adrian at Allcity after a fire at my home. He was always communicative and explained any questions about the claims process. He also helped ensure the claim was detailed and nothing went uncovered. I’m very thankful that he helped take a very stressful situation and make it as smooth as possible for me!
Working with Adrain Martin at Allcity. He has been fantastic. Had a major flood in my home and the insurance company was being less than helpful. Adrian went to work and got the insurance company talking to us. We aren't through the entire process yet, but he already got us way more than we would have gotten on our own. If there ever is a next time I will call Allcity first and let them do all the talking to the insurance.
