A double charge and a martini up-charge… over $20 for a cocktail on Camano. Plus miscounting the beers on the tab. In the moment with guests, not worth my time but will spend my time and money elsewhere moving forward. Just keep to pouring draft beers I guess…
We're local and have been for four generations. We eat out often. This place started out ruff but has recently turned into a gem. The food is much better! The service has been great! Some of the small details could use some attention but they are definitely trending in the right direction. We recently gave them a second chance under the new owners and were glad we did!
How can a place that calls itself a pub have waitresses who don't know ("What's that?" "I never heard of it.") what a craft beer is??? When I tried to explain (seriously, to someone who lives in the PNW and works in a pub?) she said, "Oh, you mean like Coors or Michelob?" We gave up and ordered a Mac & Jack. Also gave up trying to talk to each other indoors because we couldn't hear anything over the incredibly loud yelling at the next table, grabbed our domestic beers and headed outside to try to find a shaded table and salv... read more
