The Hot water was soothing to both my knees. The exercises were easy. Hope 🙏 I will be able to regain my two mile walk at the track this Spring like I used to do 3 years ago slow and sure.My stamina has been defeated by the swelling and mild pain in left knee which began to slow me down in walking and climbing stairs.
Therapist was Great!! Took the time to explain everything to me but also gave me the time to ask questions. Felt so much better after my first session.
