We were looking for a place with pool tables to host a meetup. Crystal was so accomodating. She went out of her way to hold a few tables for my group. We ordered some beer and she also provided prompt service with a smile. We will be back.
We've gone here multiple times to play pool and have ALWAYS enjoyed a good vibe environment, with great customer service. However, the bartender Chris *bartender wiff experience" as he called himself... ruined that and our other group's experience we brought there. We put $60 in gambling, no comps even though he said he took off 1 draft beer. Our friend PUT IN $400- not 1 comp. Other friend put in $100, no comps. Rick was phenomenal. I was staying half mile away at the Element by Westin. He was so friendly-top notch customer service. Spinach artichoke dip was on point and the boneless wings with seeet Chile and Buffalo sauce on side hit the spot! Great hidden gem in Summerlin! Go if you are close!
