Great service and delivery. Charlie was very helpful in guiding me to the right sofa bed and followed up with the delivery arrangements. The process went very smooth and the good quality of the sofa bed shows.

We purchased our sectional from here in 2018, excellent customer service at the time with help picking customization options. And I am back here posting in 2024 because of a small issue we had with our sectional-PTS (and specifically, Michelle) helped us immensely to resolve the issue and replace the portion of the sectional that was covered by the manufacturers lifetime warranty.
