We purchased our sectional from here in 2018, excellent customer service at the time with help picking customization options. And I am back here posting in 2024 because of a small issue we had with our sectional-PTS (and specifically, Michelle) helped us immensely to resolve the issue and replace the portion of the sectional that was covered by the manufacturers lifetime warranty.
