They booked me followup appointments and sent me a bill. When asked for clarification it took me 3 calls to get code number from them to give to my insurance provider only to be told I need to pay out of pocket. I understand the out of pocket but they took very long and 3 attempts to give the code number. They also made no attempt to talk to the insurance since it was a part of annual physical. Wouldn't recommend.
I’ve been going to Dr Blues office since they were in Santa Clara a few years ago already. Dr Blue and his staff are very understanding and provide great care and make me feel as if my health is their priority. I highly recommend their office, they are a great team
