I have been using PTN for years from the initial wiring of my garage to the addition of a heat pump and lighting etc. Their service is always prompt, done correctly and to the standards of the customer. I would not hesitate to use them again.
The response below makes assumptions about asking for an apprentice. I called and received a rude response from the secretary when I simply asked what the hourly rate was. She said $200/hr. Apparently an offensive question for a reason! No thanks.
Ian was knowledgeable, fast and efficient. We asked for extra work while he was here and he didn’t hesitate to fit us in near the end of the day. Electrical work is not inexpensive but at least we know it was done professionally.
Our main breaker in our breaker panel was failing causing power loss to our home. PTN quickly replaced main panel and meter base. Their work was very professional and I was impressed with the quality of their work. I would not hesitate to recommend PTN to anyone needing electrical work.
