Since the students are coming back, I’m going to leave reviews just so everyone’s aware of how much of a shady company PTLA is since they want to remove my reviews. Be warned and do not move here! Update 8/6/24 On 8/6/24 we paid PTLA 5,118.12 in move-out fees. PTLA charged us for a new bathtub replacement, a bathroom door replacement, heavy clean, neglecting the unit, bathroom faucet replacement, blinds, drip pans, full carpet replacement, and heavy paint. Getting anything done takes so much time. Washer and dryers are broken and the response I got was along the lines of “you need to call the company to fix them”. Not them, me. I’m a shared laundry unit. Super disappointing. I heard so many bad things about PTLA before moving here, it’s my fault for not taking the advice. Pls avoid if you can!
I live over in the Rainier Apartments located in Ellensburg that is owned by PTLA below is a review I decided to repost on their main page since new renters are going to be coming here first and should get to see what they are buying into. PLEASE avoid if you don’t want to get screwed over financially. they WILL take advantage of you by any means necessary. PTLA made me pay an exorbitant amount for carpet replacement (>$1300), despite damages being made by previous tenant’s pet. PTLA also lied to the previous tenant about me never completing documentation for the signing of the lease, while also stating that they tried to reach me several times. not only was I not contacted ONCE about this concern, but i have digital records of my signed lease documentation, w... read more
