The apartment is cozy and conveniently located near the school perfect for students or small families. The staff has been very welcoming and always quick to help, from the move-in process to resolving any issues that come up. Overall, it’s a great place to live with a peaceful and friendly atmosphere.

Since the students are coming back, I’m going to leave reviews just so everyone’s aware of how much of a shady company PTLA is since they want to remove my reviews. Be warned and do not move here! Update 8/6/24 On 8/6/24 we paid PTLA 5,118.12 in move-out fees. PTLA charged us for a new bathtub replacement, a bathroom door replacement, heavy clean, neglecting the unit, bathroom faucet replacement, blinds, drip pans, full carpet replacement, and heavy paint. Getting anything done takes so much time. Washer and dryers are broken and the response I got was along the lines of “you need to call the company to fix them”. Not them, me. I’m a shared laundry unit. Super disappointing. I heard so many bad things about PTLA before moving here, it’s my fault for not taking the advice. Pls avoid if you can!
I live over in the Rainier Apartments located in Ellensburg that is owned by PTLA below is a review I decided to repost on their main page since new renters are going to be coming here first and should get to see what they are buying into.
