NEVER, NEVER, NEVER purchase a vehicle here. They are crooked, lying and no good. Steve Farrell should not be allowed to own a business. Doesn't know how to do business, first. Doesn't know how to tell the truth either. Read the complaints they are all similar. He sells bogus warranty's, or doesn't file the papers and you have no warranty at all, BUT PAID FOR ONE... Fills out paperwork with incorrect information intentionally. That is FRAUD... STAY AWAY FROM PTL AUTO SALES....
cars dont start. warranty is not free like advertised, cars are basically glued back together from auction they buy them from, dont understand how place is still in business.
