What a waste of time this guy is. I came to him looking for a piece of fuel hose for my generic lawn mower. Tells me to go to the manufacturer. Well at least I know where not to bring my lawn mower for service. As to your response below, you're just making excuses. Splicing together 2 different diameter hoses is comon practice in the automotive industry, Honda does it for their lawn mowers with a shutoff valve. The business you're in is not rocket science. Customer service appears to be.
