They are all friendly and smiles upfront but are inconsistent in the end. Was given rough estimates for quotes, received a bill by email and then still explained that all of that was wrong and in the end pay twice as much. For example, was told price was based off of time your kid took to test, but then when the bill came was explained that hours are based off of how long the doctor needed to process everything after test. Dr. Marshall and her nurse are wonderful. Dr. Marshall spent two hours with us. We are grateful to have an answer and know how to help our son going fwd. Was well worth the wait to get an appt.
