Awful. I had an awful experience. His procedure has caused Hyperpigmentation on my face and the actual procedure was complete waste of my time and money. When I brought it to his attention, he just disregarded my comment and didn’t even offer any further help. On his website, they only show the 5 star reviews, but when you look him up online there are multiple pages where you can see true reviews on him.

I highly recommend Dr Ptak. He is an amazing Doctor who cares about his patients and is a master at what he does. I couldn't be happier with the results I've received. Not only is he amazing to work with, his staff is equally as amazing. Regardless of how small the procedure or how extensive- I would 100% recommend Dr Ptak every time!

I have been Dr. Ptak's patient for several years. The first procedure I had done was fat grafting. It was the best thing I ever did. Dr. Ptak took fat from my hips and upper thighs and used it to inject into my face. The results were amazing. I banked some fat to use later. Great experience with Dr. Ptak and staff. Gave me realistic expectation of my gynecomastia surgery. Couldn't be happier. They help me finance the surgery as well since insurance would not cover this even those I've lumps in my chest since I was about 15. Very friendly staff and Dr. Ptak is great.
Have been going to Dr. Ptak for a few years for this and that and feel marvelous! Always get told I look 10 years + younger than I am. I would guedd people who leave negative comments have unrealistic expectations?
The Staff makes you feel like family. Dr. Ptak as well.
