Around last September, my doctor wanted me to have physical therapy, and I found PT Solution had great reviews. I made an appointment at this location. However, during my 5 visits, I had 4 different therapists, and they were not professional at all. During one visit, while I was doing the exercises, the therapist played catcher ball with other. The exercises they taught me supposed to post on my Chart, but they rarely did it. When I got my bills for these 5 visits from Wellstar, they charged me as I was having my therapy in ... read more
This clinic location is fantastic & the PT’s, aides, and clerical staff are skilled & fun to interact with, and I’m always glad I came for my treatment!
