I can’t get my medical records from them. I wrote 10 requests over the course of 30 days and nothing. They didn’t even answer my emails for an entire month. Finally I got a response and a form to fill out which I did, but they’ve gone back to non-response. They are in clear violation of HIPAA. I guess I’ll have to file a complaint to get my own records.
