I've never written review for anyone but I feel compelled to write one for PT Solutions. The staff is absolutely fabulous! Maddie is my therapist and when we had issues with my insurance we cried together. Now that I've had a partial hip replacement, the hospital asked where I would like to do PT, I immediately said PT Solutions in fort Oglethorpe!!! I don’t usually do reviews. But I was referred to this place and usually when your primary doctor refers you to a place, you can book an appointment after they received pre-authorization from your insurance. I went in to my appointment and provided them with both my insurance cards, I also wanted to verify that they accepted both insurance before I was seen. They said yes.
