The staff is great, but the facilities management has been lacking. Air conditioner broken or not working properly for weeks. Inoperative restroom - due either to broken locks, or malfunctioning toilet - again, for weeks. Why such slow response to normal issues? I know for a fact these issues were reported long ago.
Came here for my bursitis! The physical therapist is very knowledgeable and appreciate his patience and understanding of my pain. I have been going for 2 weeks and already feeling better with exercises that were give. Definitely would recommend coming here!
Outstanding care on what I need. And explained everything to me.
