PT Solutions staff are effective, dependable, professional and polite.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience during my initial physical therapy evaluation. From the beginning, the therapist came across as arrogant and condescending, which made an already stressful situation even more uncomfortable. What concerned me most was that he did not even know which knee I had surgery on, despite this being the primary reason for my evaluation.
