Today was my initial visit and very helpful in getting paperwork completed. I am seeing at OT to help me wrist/hand to get back to normal use after a broken wrist. She listened to the difficulties I am still having with movement. She also showed me how to do the exercises I can do at home including printouts of the instructions.
