Went up in hand weights and standing pulling weights. My arm and shoulder blade are so much better. Very little pain, just aches. I can actually move my tight right shoulder and shoulder blade myself with muscle control. My chiropractor said the muscles down the spine are muscles again. Nice and prominent. She is so proud of me. That makes me feel good too.
