I've never been to a PT place before. The truth is I'm not injured at all. I just had a little tightness and felt like tension on my lower back. My Dr. recommended that I go here because I felt like I needed a chiropractor for some stretches and cracking of my back. But coming here I met with a great Physical Therapist and he was awesome. He was very informative to what has gone on with my body as I get older.
