The physical therapy itself and therapists are great, but the back office administration, billing, and insurance claim handling is atrocious. I received several pages of bills over a year after treatment had ended. This after I signed a flat rate agreement and was told that I'd pay a flat fee per therapy appointment (which I did). None of the cash payments I made at each appointment were reflected in any of the billing information I received over a year after treatment ended. I have loved this location and working with PTs at the practice - Hu and Riley! At this point, I have been in PT for almost a year, from pre-surgery to post-surgery and the care and support I've received has been top notch. Riley really listens to the issues I have week over week, tailoring my stretching and exercising both in location and outside PT to support the muscle recovery I need at every phase of my journey. Hue, Riley, and their team are amazing! My time with them has easily surpassed all of my previous physical therapy experiences. During my recovery, they have been extremely encouraging, while also challenging me to improve. I feel very listened to, they answer all my niche questions in depth, and they are just as passionate about getting me back to full strength as I am! Their patience, communication, and support does not go unnoticed. I always look forward to my sessions. Couldn't recommend them more!
I had an excellent experience working with Hu and Riley. They helped me push through a challenging recovery and made a difficult process easier by creating a light and encouraging environment.
