I had a great experience at this physical therapy location. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a very welcoming environment. The staff provides excellent customer service, and the physical therapists are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. They take the time to explain exercises, make sure you are comfortable, and genuinely care about your progress and recovery. Overall, this is a great place for physical therapy, and I highly recommend it to anyone needing quality care.
First off, people at front desk and schedulers do an incredible job. Physical Therapist, especially Troy, listen and individualize care. Monitoring closely, following progress.
Chris Shea is amazing!!! He is knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to my recovery needs. He created a specialized plan of care for me. He is not only an excellent practitioner, but a caring one that I appreciate.
