If I could give zero stars I would. This property management group is the worst. They cover up mold with paint and then expect the unassuming tenants to maintain what they didn't properly address to begin with. They look for reasons to keep a security deposit with long standing tenants. It would be safe to assume they will look for reasons to keep the security deposit with short term tenants. Went to view a property with my roommate. We are 2 woman who are both going thru a divorce and renting together.The rent was $2,100. The income requirements were to make 3x times the rent which combined we both made over $120,000. We have long standing jobs no evictions or bankruptcies as well as a 750+ credit score. I said yes child support another 7-8k. She then denied us because said that she told us individually we had to make three times the rent.
