A very big thank you to the PT team, especially Emma who completed the service on my car this week. I noticed a big difference in the driveability of my car as soon as I left the workshop. It is now running so smoothly and the cause of the knock in the front of the car was identified and fixed to precision. The best its been in years!!
Insanely high level of service. First time car owner on the Northern Beaches and first issue ive had left me worried where to go. Called yesterday due to a piece of metal hanging and scraping on the underside of my car after driving through somr flooded roads Advised to bring it in at 7am today, no appointment needed. Had it looked and fixed within 15 minutes with no charge. Love that they did the work to repair the problem rather than charge exorbitant fees or push parts that weren't needed.
