I know mistakes happen but usually when a company causes them they are willing to work with you and find a reasonable solution (which I'm still waiting for). The staff was difficult to deal with, combative, and still hasn't follow up when they said they would. Avoid the risk, save your hard earned money, and find a better place.

Dear PT Intern, you are well-prepared. You have worked me hard, healed my pulled hamstring, helped me with my balance, fear of falling, and with my strength. I want in for arthritis but you have given me so much more. Thank you. Good luck with your life when you get back home to Boston. I am still shakey in my quads from you busting my chops this morning. Sheesh. Best Wishes, Kristin Andersen
This establishment is not sensitive to disabilities at all. They are rude, unapologetic, and it is absolutely unacceptable. They have no online options for scheduling or patient portals. They are stuck in the 90s and aren’t innovative. When management is presented with issues, they don’t maintain neutrality and become defensive.
I love PT Northwest. The staff is friendly, competent, professional and empathetic.
