will never go back here again, i had a 6pm appointment time and i told the lady when i walked in, got there at 5:45 a little early and i expected to wait. then it became 6:00 still not talked to or seated, then it was 6:14 and somebody else walked in and got immediately seated, i left and will never go back. don’t go here if you don’t want serviced because of your skin color

Feedback on Elisha. I received very harassing text massages from Elisha demanding a 25% tip, stating she was tired of doing my nails bc I don’t give her a 25% tip. Elisha also continuously texted me late at night requesting I arrive 10 minutes early to my appointments. She did everything possible to intimidate me but the laws of the US don’t require we give a tip. I am also an attorney and know my rights. Came here for the first time just to get a pedicure! I had an appointment and did have to wait close to 30 minutes. It ended up being fine because I loved Peter! He took his time and I really appreciated that. He was also extremely kind and funny. I understand that the pedicure is an up charge for gel, but didn’t know that upon booking. I figured gel was pretty standard these days, so was a little taken off guard with it being $17 more. Now I know, but definitely wish it was listed on the website. Quite disappointed to say the least. This is the worst mani/pedi I’ve gotten in over a year. My nails are strong- every manicure I’ve had in the last 13 months has lasted up to 4 weeks. Now 3 of them have broken and I even went in after a week to get 1 fixed. My pedicure began chipping in 5 days, and normally my pedicure looks just as good 15 days in as it did on day 1.
