I love this place. The nail techs are all very good and everyone is so kind. I highly recommend PT nails.
Leaving the salon just now. I’m disappointed by the lack of communication about not getting a manicure, but instead just a gel polish. I get my nails done on occasion, and I look forward to getting an actual manicure. I scheduled a complete manicure, but they failed to provide the service. She finished in less than 10 minutes, rushed me out of her chair, and $ 37 later, because no matter how disappointed I am, I still tipped her.
