Called two weeks ago to get my lawnmower repaired and the man I talked to said they were busy and to call back next week. I called last Monday to get my lawnmower picked up and repaired and he said he will be out no later than Wednesday. Wednesday rolls around and no call and no show. Got totally blown off it seems.
Got back to me immediately and had my mower fixed in just a few days. Did a great job.
