I live in the highland apartments on Rowan st. And... “Look at other options before you use this place as a last resort before you are homeless”. I’ve had my A/C go out on me twice in the last 12 months and we get a window unit and box fans because the maintenance guy isn’t working today on a Friday. We denied the request for the extra fans and a window unit because we were headed out of town, and then plans changed to stay home all weekend, and the phone lines are disconnected when there is no one working in the offices. If you see the reviews and still choose them that’s on you but I experienced this company for 5 years yes a long time but I personally had no other choice until recently. I am happy to be gone and that’s all ima say cause I could write a 5 year book. Just know this 1 star should of been 0 and i can agree on the reviews listed.
