I had the ducts cleaned because my allergies were bothering me every morning. I didn’t expect this massive difference but after a few days since their service, I could tell I was sneezing less in the house. The crew from PT Air Experts was super professional and they cleaned the vents thoroughly. They even checked the airflow in each vent once they were all done! It feels good to know it’s not pumping dust out anymore.
They gave me one price on the phone, but when they arrived, they tried to upsell me with "extra services" I didn’t ask for. Final bill was almost double what I was quoted. Felt like a bait-and-switch. Be careful — get everything in writing before they show up.

Made an appointment for a few days later with PT Air Experts. Arrived as scheduled and replaced a torn clothes dryer vent hose. Great service with this company indeed.
