I've found a lot of helpful support from Sue and Claire! After having a microdiscectomy I've found the team really helpful in helping me build mobility and core strength!
Ryan is great. Range of motion is improving and strength training is hard but wonderful
Caring, attentive staff, and were able to get me in same-day when I had an acute issue and I felt better immediately after. Amazed at how much progress I made in the following days, after days of no progress on my own.
I was treated at PT 360 with back and ankle problems. I worked with Kelsey, who gives a great massage. Now I refer to my strategies when problems come back.
