I was just at Psi med. Went to the wrong office, called the provider and let them know we would be just a few minutes late because we were given the wrong address. The provider told us to reschedule. JUST SO YOU KNOW I WAS 3 minutes past the late policy time. THREE MINUTES.For being just a few minutes late because they gave us the wrong address and the receptionist did not answer the phone when I CALLED. EFORE OUR APPOINTMENT. Everyone was so kind and personable, very efficient also. Just a wonderfully uplifting place and all around pleasant atmosphere. Great energy!!!
The website associated with this business contains information that is ignorant, irresponsible and unprofessional. I'm specifically referring to the gay and lesbian tests which include questions about fashion sense and how often one shops as a tool to help someone figure out if they're homosexual. Completely ridiculous and, once again, ignorant!
