If you are looking to get help with your mental health, DO NOT COME HERE! I just had the worst experience with this office. I had an appointment to be seen with Dr. Castro that had been scheduled 2 MONTHS PRIOR, and if you struggle with mental health 2 months could feel longer than what it is. This being said, I was not going to miss my appointment for any means. I hate to say it, but if you're in need of mental health advice or help, please seek it somewhere else. I've tried to work with these individuals for over a year now and find myself with the same problems over and over. No one ever answers the phones or calls back when I leave a voicemail, no matter how urgent the situation is. When they do answer, they speak very quietly and have a tendency to seem annoyed with you just for calling.
