I took the same medicine for decades. After "moving" here, to Florida, I was able to get my meds prescribed at a low cost clinic but they decided to stop prescribing it because being a woman of a certain age, I didn't want to give up my medical card. I had my first appointment today with Dr. Harbir Sekhon via telehealth. Apparently, PsychPlus is a nationwide practice, something I didn't realize until Dr. Sekhon deigned to explain that to me. My local (to me) Greater Houston-based board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHN) told me during our last monthly check-in that my insurance required an annual check-in with a prescriber/doctor and that the usual (local) prescriber was no longer with PsychPlus. I’m giving up on getting my medication whatever I join the link at 12:59 pm have an error until 1:03 pm. Doctor doesn’t join I call at 1:10 pm they said 5 minutes she will join. She doesn’t join I call at 1:16pm same thing they said 5 minutes. Then I call at 1:22 pm same thing the same 5 minutes. I called 4 times with them telling me 5 minutes until I called a 5th time and the guy just said she wasn’t responding the whole time and they can reschedule me for the 28th.
