The billing department is impossible to get in contact with, avoid going here if you don’t want to deal with that mess. Playing with peoples’ finances defeats the purpose your business.
I was recommended this place by my primary. I couldn't even get an initial session with a therapist because of their absolutely disrespectful reception staff. How this place has 5 star reviews is beyond me and suspicious. Multiple times I tried to call to get something scheduled, and multiple staff members belittled and yelled at me because of THEIR mistakes, like spelling my name right in order to send me an email with the paperwork. I love the convenience of the app and virtual visits. Sharon is amazing at what she does she's thorough and knowledgeable. I appreciate her.
Sharon is amazing. Really easy to talk to and understand her treatment plan. I like that she listens to what I need help with and works together to to help find the right dosage that helps me live my life again like a normal person. Highly recommend her to anyone who needs help.
