I was recommended this place by my primary. I couldn't even get an initial session with a therapist because of their absolutely disrespectful reception staff. How this place has 5 star reviews is beyond me and suspicious. Multiple times I tried to call to get something scheduled, and multiple staff members belittled and yelled at me because of THEIR mistakes, like spelling my name right in order to send me an email with the paperwork. Or questioning my identity just because I have both a masculine name and a higher voice. I ... read more
I love the convenience of the app and virtual visits. Sharon is amazing at what she does she's thorough and knowledgeable. I appreciate her.
Julie is so thoughtful, genuine and so welcoming. She actually hears you when you tell her about comcerns and is so non judgmental. I appreciate her more than she knows and the impact her compassion has had on my life and overall being. Thank you Julie for seeing me as me.
